Server/Bartender

Job Summary:
A Server / Bartender is responsible for providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests. The position focuses on excellent customer service, quick service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests.
• Check guest IDs when serving alcoholic beverages and follow all alcohol service laws.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and process payments correctly.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Keep service areas clean and organized.
• Provide guests with information about menu items, specials, and resort amenities.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
• Basic math and money-handling skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds (cases of drinks, ice, etc.).

Pay: From $7.25 per hour
