Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events such as banquets or catering services.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies regarding alcohol service.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience in the food industry, including catering or banquet services, is advantageous.
• A passion for brewing and knowledge of various beverage types is desirable.
