Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring proper bartending techniques and food handling procedures are followed
• Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Food service experience is highly desirable; hospitality background is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods throughout shifts

Pay: $17.80-$20.00 per hour
