Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and mixology standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy periods such as banquets or nightclub events
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with bar management tasks to optimize operations
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections, spirits, and beverage options to guests
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Expertise in cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, and spirits knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations
• Experience with wine knowledge, craft beer selection, bar management practices, and hospitality industry standards

Pay: From $5.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
