Server/Bartender

Duties

• Take orders accurately for food and beverages, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and safety standards
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas throughout your shift
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
• Experience in the food industry, including bartending or serving, is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
