Server/Bartender

Overview
***MUST HAVE PRIOR BARTENDING EXPERIENCE****

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and handling regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering services when required.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products.

Experience

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and food handling practices is essential.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
