Server/Bartender

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dedicated Server/Bartender to join our team. This role is essential in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service and hospitality. The position offers flexible scheduling with dinner shifts and some lunch shifts available, suitable for both full-time and part-time applicants. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will contribute to our goal of exceeding guest expectations and ensuring every visit is perfect.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu and offering personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to answer guest inquiries confidently.
• Take pride in delivering timely, attentive, and friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, adhering to all cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests in a fun, professional manner.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and dining areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during dinner shifts and occasional lunch shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work dinner shifts and some lunch shifts, with full or part-time availability preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service practices is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Pay: $75.00 - $200.00 per day
