Songbird Social House is looking for energetic, personable Servers to join our team!

We’re not your typical restaurant. Songbird is a place where great food, craft cocktails, live music, and good people come together. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences and wants to be part of a fun, upbeat environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
• Provide knowledgeable, attentive and friendly table service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Be knowledgeable about our menu, cocktails, wine and beer
• Make recommendations and help guests discover their next favorite drink or dish
• Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders and fellow servers as a team
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting section
• Handle payments and transactions accurately
• Stay upbeat and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Help create the energy and atmosphere that makes Songbird special
• Support live music, special events and other Songbird experiences
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

EXPERIENCE THAT'S A PLUS

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Bartending experience is a plus
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine and craft beer is a plus
• A genuine love of music and hospitality is a BIG plus!

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Bartending experience is a plus
• Toast POS experience is a plus
• Must be 21+ for positions involving alcohol service
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays and supplies
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + tips
