Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, including bartending duties such as mixing drinks, garnishing, and maintaining bar stock
• Serve food promptly while ensuring proper food handling and safety standards are followed
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar stations, dining tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
• Engage with guests proactively to address their needs, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while multitasking efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management
• Experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
