Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote specials
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in food service by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction during their dining experience
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages
• Engage with guests to promote sales, upsell menu items, and create a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with craft beer trends, spirits, and beverage presentation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: From $17.13 per hour
