Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
• Serve drinks and meals promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including glassware and utensils
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and promote menu items
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with health regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Knowledge of drink recipes, wine, beer, and cocktail service is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
