Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop creative beverage recipes and assist in menu updates to enhance guest satisfaction
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service
• Support food service operations by coordinating with kitchen staff during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential
• Extensive cocktail experience with a solid understanding of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, brewing processes, and craft beer trends to educate guests and recommend pairings
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with fine dining service standards and banquet or catering settings is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and basic math skills for retail math calculations
