Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, with precision and flair
• Ensure all food handling and safety standards are maintained in accordance with health regulations
• Process cash transactions efficiently while managing tabs and processing payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and dining space to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nights and weekends

Skills

• Strong knowledge of wine varieties, craft beer, and spirits
• Proven ability in food service environments
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
• Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry roles such as bartending or bar management is highly valued

Pay: $13.73 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
