Server/Bartender

Job Summary
Join our team as a Bartender/ Server where you will be an integral part of our Hospitality team in our private club. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, in accordance with CKH standards
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations when needed
• Operate similar POS systems to process orders and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
• Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and safety regulations

Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced Nightclub and Fine dining environment preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials to customers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Bartending: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Bartending License for Racine (Required)
