Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menus, offering personalized recommendations on food and beverage options.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and responsible beverage service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during service periods like dinner shifts or banquets.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance our menu offerings, incorporating knowledge of spirits, brewing techniques, and mixology trends.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order processing.
• Strong knowledge of beverage craftmanship such as cocktail mixing, wine selection, spirits, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development.
• Proven ability in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
