Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage service, especially in fast-paced bar, restaurant, or banquet environments, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Take accurate food and beverage orders with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Utilize our POS system and other technology efficiently
• Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Engage with guests, provide menu and drink recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Upsell drinks and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
• Effectively multitask while serving bar guests and dining room patrons simultaneously

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
