Server/Bartender

We at Wing House Petrolia are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Server & Bartender. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, able to work weekends and holidays, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Take and accurately input food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and policies.

• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent overindulgence.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.

• Assist with bussing tables, washing dishes, restocking, and other tasks as needed.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specials.

• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.

**Requirements:**

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting required.

• Must possess a valid Smart Serve Certification.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers.

• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
