Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff
• Prepare and serve beverages, including classic cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards
• Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the bar area, restocking supplies as needed, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage preparation is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in a lively setting
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

Pay: £12.71-£15.61 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
