Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender and Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys their experience. This role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and a solid understanding of fine dining service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Assist in training new bartenders on menu items, Aloha POS system, and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred, particularly in a fine dining setting.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
• Preferred familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
