Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing outstanding service to guests while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively and enjoyable environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their food and drink orders with enthusiasm
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to bartending standards
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and serving processes
• Provide prompt, attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure
• Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing purposes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space throughout your shift

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly
• Excellent communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
