Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha or Micros.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and mixology standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, including wine pairings and beverage recipe development.
• Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in food service by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction during dining experiences.
• Support bar management by restocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant or nightlife setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential.
• Strong knowledge of beverage offerings including spirits, cocktails, wine, and craft beer is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while multitasking seamlessly.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling retail math scenarios like change or tab calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is important.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
