Server / Bartender — SoQue BBQ

SoQue BBQ is coming soon, and we’re building our opening team.

We’re bringing a fresh take on BBQ to the area — bold Southern flavors, elevated food, great drinks, and genuine Southern hospitality.

We’re looking for Servers / Bartenders who know how to take care of people, enjoy working in a high-energy environment, and understand that great hospitality is about more than simply taking an order.

As part of our opening team, you’ll have the opportunity to help set the tone for SoQue BBQ from the very beginning. We’re looking for people who are dependable, personable, confident, and ready to create an experience that makes guests want to come back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking care of guests from the moment they arrive until they leave
• Providing friendly, attentive, and professional service
• Taking food and drink orders and delivering them accurately
• Bartending and preparing cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
• Learning our menu and being able to confidently describe our food and drinks
• Making recommendations based on what our guests enjoy
• Keeping your tables and service areas clean and organized
• Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the front-of-house team
• Handling payments accurately
• Helping create the welcoming atmosphere that makes SoQue BBQ unique

Who We're Looking For

We want people who genuinely enjoy hospitality.

You should be:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to stay calm and focused when things get busy
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Professional while still bringing your own personality
• Experienced in serving and/or bartending preferred
• Knowledgeable about cocktails and beverages, or willing to learn
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
