Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and mixology standards
• Engage with guests to recommend menu items, including food pairings and beverage options to enhance their experience
• Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Expertise in cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits experience to craft exceptional drinks
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy shifts
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards, banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations
