Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment. Duties

• Greet customers and take their drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure that the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area

Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Cashiering experience with accurate cash handling skills
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of food service procedures and ability to assist with food preparation if needed
• Basic food handling knowledge to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
