Server/bartender

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Server on Tuesdays 4 - 8ish, Fridays 4-10ish, and Bartending Saturdays 4-12am. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance our menu offerings and delight guests with innovative drinks
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless service during busy hours
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions

Experience

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
• Demonstrated ability to develop beverage recipes and provide engaging cocktail experiences
• Prior experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and cash handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19.0 – 23.0 per week

Experience:

• serving and bartending: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Ramp certification (Preferred)
