Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management to provide prompt service during busy hours.
• Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and integrity.
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience through friendly conversation, personalized recommendations, and attentive service.
• Assist in setting up banquet or catering events when needed, ensuring all service aspects meet our high standards of hospitality.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience with serving in banquet environments or catering events adds value to your application.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Background in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills ensures accurate transactions and efficient operations.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
