Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Serve beverages responsibly, including alcohol, in accordance with licensing laws
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables during busy periods
• Uphold food safety standards at all times, ensuring proper handling of all items
• Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience and handle any special requests or complaints professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in serving alcohol
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• A professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
