Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options
• Prepare and serve drinks using various techniques, including mixology and beverage recipe development
• Operate POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash handling accurately, process payments, and give correct change
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during service
• Support bar management in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining a lively atmosphere

Skills

• POS Experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipes
• Proven ability in food handling, food safety practices, and sanitation standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Previous restaurant or fine dining experience preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including food safety regulations and alcohol service laws

Pay: $2.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
