Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer service

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience as a server or bartender is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and change accurately
• Experience in the food industry demonstrating reliable time management and multitasking skills
• Hospitality background that emphasizes creating welcoming environments and memorable guest interactions
