Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings, and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage pairings to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
