Server/Bartender

About the Position

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and hospitality-minded Server/Bartender to join our afternoon tea restaurant team. The ideal candidate enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and takes pride in exceptional service, attention to detail, and a polished presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders.
• Provide professional afternoon tea and beverage service.
• Explain menu items, teas, and specialty offerings.
• Ensure proper presentation and timing of food and beverages.
• Be able to create cocktails for guests when ordered
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked tables and service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and communicate special requests accurately.
• Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and assigned side work.
• Work collaboratively with the FOH and kitchen teams.
• Follow all service, sanitation, safety, and restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, polished, and personable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Interest in tea, hospitality, and upscale dining is a plus.

Pay: $15 per hour + tips
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
