Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menus with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers while adhering to recipe standards and presentation quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tools
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities with accuracy
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience through personalized recommendations and attentive service
• Assist in food service duties when needed, including serving dishes and ensuring food safety standards are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as bartending or serving in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with beverage recipe development is a plus
• Expertise in mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits handling
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with beverage sales strategies and upselling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and bill splitting; catering experience is advantageous

Pay: $25.93 - $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
