Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
• Mix drinks and prepare cocktails according to standard recipes while maintaining quality standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining space, and service stations throughout your shift
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, including bartending and serving roles
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy
• Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures in a hospitality setting
• Knowledge of the food industry standards and best practices in food service operations
