We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and meet guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling efficiently, including processing payments and giving accurate change
• Assist in food service when needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods or special events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and food handling procedures
• Demonstrated expertise in mixology, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations
• Experience with alcohol service regulations and food safety standards
• Knowledge of craft beer trends, cocktail techniques, and beverage presentation styles is highly desirable
