What they need
Take customers' orders, Process customers' payments, Make sure food and beverages are brought to the customer in a timely fashion, Ensure customers are satisfied with their orders, Provide refills, extra napkins, or other extra touches to make the customer's dining experience even more pleasant, Answer questions for guests about the menu or the restaurant, Make ordering suggestions to customers, Clear tables of dishes, tableware, and linens as needed, Complete sidework efficiently at the end of a shift, Always be respectful & have a positive attitude with our guests
