Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen staff and baristas to deliver timely service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space to uphold food safety standards.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using strong time management skills to ensure prompt service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is essential.
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving procedures is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling beverages and food items.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable guest experiences.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
