Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, with precision and flair
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using strong time management skills
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests professionally
• Basic math skills for handling bills, tips, and cash transactions
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment
• Excellent time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
