Server/Bartender

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FOCUS

• Creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests
• Operating our POS system with accuracy
• Knowledgeable of our menu in order to answer any questions a guest might have
• Communicating clearly with our members and guests in order to ensure accurate orders
• Setting up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up buffets
• Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
• Keeping glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
• Performing cleaning tasks and breakdown of service after the Banquet
• Must maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to grooming, appearance and dress standard
• Complete daily housekeeping duties for the dining room and bar
• Outgoing and engaging as we interact with members and guests
• Work efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available for days and some nights/weekends
• Takes initiative
• Previous experience preferred
• Has excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Assist fellow employees to deliver quality service to our members and guests.
• Previous waiter/waitress experience is favorable
• High school diploma preferred
• Must be 21
