Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
• Assist in opening or closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong background in bartending and serving roles
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management
• Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
• Knowledge of the food industry standards, hospitality principles, and cash handling procedures

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
