We are currently seeking highly motivated and positive bartenders for Hando (our full-service sushi hand roll bar) and for its companion bar, Kanpai Club. An ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant.

Duties include:

• Prep work for service

• Following recipes/instructions for drinks

• Explaining menu and taking orders

• Greeting guests

• Managing a work station

• Working well as a team

• Being awesome

About Us Hando (www.handohtx.com) is a fun and casual 22-seat sushi hand roll bar that focuses on serving fresh hand rolls (temaki), small plates, craft cocktails, beer, and sake. Our cooks prepare and serve the hand rolls directly to each guest at the bar, providing an experience that feels simultaneously familiar and artisanal.
