Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a Golf Club setting. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our Members and their guests while providing exceptional service. Your ability to maintain guest relations will be key to enhancing the overall experience.

Duties

• Take Member/ Guest food ordersPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area & kitchen area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing their needs and preferences.
• Upsell drinks and food items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with all food handling regulations and safety standards while serving drinks.
• Dedication to the Club and Team is a plus.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Experience in a Golf Club or restaurant environment preferred.
• Proficient in food handling practices and safety regulations.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
