Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, utilizing your mixology expertise.
• Operate POS systems such as Clover efficiently to process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods.
• Handle cash processing, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations with precision.
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated cocktail crafting skills along with beverage recipe development capabilities.
• Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, brewing processes, and craft beer offerings.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering background is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate billing and transaction processing; food safety certification preferred but not required.
