Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, using POS systems
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to food safety and handling protocols
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns promptly
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing purposes
• Experience with bartending or serving in a hospitality setting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
