Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional service

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments with strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and basic calculations
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
• Hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences
• Basic cashiering skills combined with attention to detail in serving and serving alcohol responsibly
