Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and drink recipes to assist guests effectively
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient operation

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
• Strong bartending skills including mixing drinks, garnishing, and understanding alcohol regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and calculating totals accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism

Pay: From $13.30 per hour
