Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Manage cash handling, process payments efficiently, and provide correct change using basic math skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a hygienic work environment

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, including bartending and serving roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
• Experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality, cash handling, and food service best practices
