Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following safety standards.
• Serve food efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of beverages.
• Strong serving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team to deliver outstanding service.
