Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders and cash transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Develop beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience while promoting sales opportunities
• Handle cash handling accurately, process payments swiftly, and provide correct change while maintaining a friendly attitude
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address guest needs promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential
• Demonstrated skills in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer expertise, and beverage recipe development
• Ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and restaurant sanitation standards
• Previous fine dining or banquet experience is preferred; catering experience is a plus
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as totals, tips, and change processing
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest interactions
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $24.46 - $29.45 per hour
