Server/Bartender

We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and service-driven Server/Bartender to join a high-end fine dining team. This role requires a deep commitment to hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an elevated guest experience through both food and beverage service. The ideal candidate is confident in both dining room service and bar execution, with a strong foundation in wine, cocktails, and refined service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

• Deliver attentive, anticipatory, and personalized service to all guests in a fine dining environment
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including detailed descriptions of dishes, ingredients, and preparation techniques
• Execute proper service steps including greeting, order taking, coursing, wine service, table maintenance, and closing
• Maintain full awareness of dining room flow and guest needs at all times

Beverage Expertise

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, including regions, varietals, and pairing principles
• Provide thoughtful wine recommendations aligned with guest preferences and menu selections
• Prepare classic and house cocktails with precision and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area

Operational Responsibilities

• Accurately input orders into POS system and manage timing of courses in coordination with kitchen
• Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and side work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service execution
• Support fellow team members during service to maintain high standards across the floor
• Participate in ongoing training, tastings, and menu education

Standards & Compliance

• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Adhere to all alcohol service laws and responsible service practices

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining service and/or high-level bartending preferred
• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails; formal wine education is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
