Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS or similar platforms.
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly valued but not mandatory; a positive attitude is key!
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and payment processing.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks smoothly during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately.
• A team-oriented approach with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
